Kyehoon (Hangul: 계훈) is a South Korean singer under JYP Entertainment. He is the oldest member of the boy group KickFlip.
Early Life[]
2016-2020: Training Years
Kyehoon was the first out of the KickFlip members to join JYP Entertainment, having joined in 2016 through an open audition, at 12 years old. He mentioned that his training period was difficult but wasn't as hard as you might think, because he took secret breaks during practice and even went out to go have fun on said breaks. Kyehoon believes that he was able to become stronger because of those times.[1]
Career[]
2021-2025: LOUD[]
On May 20, 2021, Kyehoon was revealed as a contestant for SBS's new audition show "LOUD". On the eleventh episode, which was aired on August 14, 2021, he received the casting offer from both P Nation and JYP Entertainment, but ended up accepting the casting offer from JYP Entertainment. In the final round, Kyehoon and the four other members of Team JYP won the online voting, thus automatically being announced as part of the group's lineup.
2025-present: Debut with KickFlip[]
The group officially debuted on January 20, 2025 with their first mini album Flip it, Kick it!.
